What’s the Difference Between A Résumé & Curriculum Vitae (CV)?
A résumé is a summary of experience, whereas the CV loosely translated means "course of life" or "life history". Résumé is a more contemporary term in the marketplace, however in reality; the terms are often used interchangeably. Probably the key point here is that few people are looking for your life history; more simply a précis of experience and achievement.
