Where was I born.

A True Blue Aucklander, I have lived here pretty much my whole life.

What was I doing before I joined Numero.

After University I decided a career as an Accountant was what I was put on this earth for. I CA qualified at KPMG as an auditor, based in Auckland, and was lucky enough to get a secondment to our Amsterdam office in my third year.

My talkative nature was declared a distraction rather than a blessing so after three and a half years, I decided to get into a career where I could talk to my hearts content.

I started out recruiting as an Accounting and Finance Contracting specialist, and after three and a half years tried my hand at more generalist contract recruiting, focusing on the senior end of the market. Three and a half years later (notice a pattern) I invested in a retail business (Glamorpuss in Newmarket – feel free to visit) and spent six months learning about the makeup and skincare world.

Why do I work at Numero.

Having worked in competition to Numero in the past, I was well aware of their growing strength in the Accounting, Finance and Supply Chain areas. I really enjoyed working with Brad at Robert Walters so it just made sense to join the team.

What do I do at Numero.

I head up the Contract desk for Accounting, Finance and Supply Chain. Utilising my CA background I largely recruit Senior Roles.

What do I do with my spare time.

Since investing in Glamorpuss I spend far too much time engrossed in the pages of Vogue Beauty looking for the latest and greatest new products for the shop. When get a spare moment I enjoy boxing training or a game of tennis.
