Numero, a name derived from the Latin word for number
After successfully establishing New Zealand’s leading sales and marketing recruitment company, the Principals of Gaulter Russell set up to replicate this successful specialist recruitment model in the areas of accounting, finance, and supply chain. Specialists with backgrounds in finance and supply chain were sourced, and in 2004 Numero was born. Numero has gone on to redefine the meaning of partnership in accounting, finance and supply chain recruitment, and has built a reputation as the subject matter experts for talent in these areas.
In 2006 both brands were sold to an Australian based ANZ backed private equity entity, which has gone on to become Rubicor Group Limited, and Australian PLC.

Our search methodology involves utilising our extensive knowledge and understanding of senior professionals in different sectors, our extensive and continually updated Research and Search lists, our significant database, and our multiple networks and contacts for sources and referrals. In some instances our clients require a comprehensive map of the relevant talent in a target sector to be compiled and we will use our Research Consultants to map the market in defined sectors (parameters as agreed). This involves searching into appropriate companies and organizations to identify those individuals with the requisite skills and experience required for a position.
