Where was I born?

Kaponga! But I moved to the West Coast of the South Island when I was six months old.

What was I doing before I joined Numero?

Coming from an entrepreneurial family – at a young age I bought a convenience store opposite the beach in Nelson. I managed this sole charge before selling it and moving into account management and sales management roles within the FMCG industry. The last five years prior to joining Numero I was in Human Resources and Training and Development for one of the largest consulting firms in New Zealand.

Why do I work at Numero?

I help to jointly run the business, and I have accountability to deliver the best possible service to a host of our major Client accounts. This involves virtual leadership of teams across our business, and lots of strategic work with Clients on how to add value to their organisations through people.

What do I do at Numero?

Wow – where do I start….I work here because I have two fantastic business partners, because I’m involved with a team of people who everyday surprise and delight me, and because I constantly get to meet and build relationships with clients, who are like-minded, passionate and dedicated.

As a business we are constantly challenging ourselves to be better –something I’m focused on and excited by.

What do I do with my spare time?

Family and friends are an extremely important part of life in my view. My family still live in Nelson so I get down there as often as I can. I also love to exercise.
